Job summary

SAFESTEP PHILIPPINES OPC seeks a senior finance executive to lead strategy and planning, drive robust financial reporting, and optimize cash flow. You will guide corporate finance and accounting, ensuring compliance with local laws and industry standards while building a high-performing finance team.

The role requires extensive experience in finance leadership, CPA/CFA credentials, and a proven track record in managing budgets, forecasts, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• CPA or CFA certification.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or accounting management.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Build long-term financial plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts.
• Financial reporting: Deliver accurate financial statements and reports to executives and stakeholders.
• Cash flow and treasury: Monitor cash flow, control costs, and optimize working capital.
• Compliance and risk: Enforce internal financial controls and ensure adherence to local tax and regulatory laws.
