Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, preferably with supervisory/managerial experience

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and financial analysis

• Strong leadership, analytical, strategic-thinking, and decision-making skills

• Experience in retail, lending, pawnshop, or financial services is an advantage.
