Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Review journal entries, general ledger, and account reconciliations.

• Prepare cash flow projections and maintain liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with BIR and local regulations.
• Handle tax planning, filing of returns, and audit coordination.
• Prepare reports and submit to regulatory bodies (BIR, SEC, LGUs).
• Design and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Conduct periodic internal audits and risk assessments.
• Lead and supervise finance and accounting team.
• Provide guidance and coaching to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
