Teradyne’s Nextest/Memory Test Division seeks a detailed-oriented Project Coordinator/Analyst with a Finance background to partner with Engineering, Finance and Operations to keep project budgets accurate and up-to-date.

You will run budgets, enter financial data, assist with projections and reconciliations, and help prepare management reports. The role covers collaboration, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc projects, with occasional night shifts to align with Pacific Standard Time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must communicate effectively with cross functional teams regarding financial updates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in Excel with Pivot Tables; scripting is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Access, Power Query and Power Automate.
• Prior experience with ERP systems (Oracle 11i or similar) is an advantage.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to resolve financial issues professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Run and monitor budgets for Engineering projects by tracking labor, materials, invoicing, and updating budgets.
• Assist in accurate entry of financial data into project budgets; lead projections and reconciliations.
• Aid in preparation of aggregate financial reports for management review.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth finance operations and effective communication.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts; assist in variance analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to special projects and finance-related initiatives as assigned.
