Job summary

The Ascott Limited Philippines is seeking a Finance Executive (Supervisor) to oversee daily finance and accounting operations of our property, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

You will supervise the finance team, coordinate with department heads on budgeting and cost control, support month-end close, audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation is an advantage.
• At least 4–6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cashiering, and Income Audit.
