Job summary

ProCredit Financing Corp is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support forecasting, scenario planning, and financial analysis. This senior role engages with senior management to develop business models and provide insights into financial performance and drivers.

You will lead the preparation of interim and annual financial statements, while ensuring compliance with Philippine standards. Exposure to modern accounting platforms and cross‑functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
2–5 years total work experience, with at least 2–4 years in Philippine accounting standards.
Strong ability to prepare and present financial statements.
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and maintenance of accounting records and financial reports.
Oversee income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Support month-end and year-end closings and liaise with external accountants.
