Job summary

Sociowash is seeking a Finance Executive in the Philippines to manage general accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role requires 1–2 years of experience and strong numerical, analytical, and IT abilities.

You will coordinate with the General Ledger, monitor margins, bills, and inter-company transactions, and prepare MIS reports including GST & TDS submissions. Attention to confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Finance Executive.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities.
• Resourceful, able to handle ambiguity and last-minute changes.
• Ethical, respectful, and able to handle confidential matters.
• Ability to lead with good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
• Experience in general accounting: reconciliations, balance sheet, P&L, financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• General accounting including reconciliations, balance sheet and P&L preparation, financial analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate General Ledger activities: fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank.
• Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability and propose actions.
• Cost Income analysis and checks on billing of all costs to clients.
• MIS reports and returns preparation like GST & TDS.
• Margin analysis (gross/net) on clients/accounts.
• Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
