Streem is seeking a Financial Accountant in the Philippines to support the finance function with financial reporting, audit, tax and compliance across the business. This fixed-term contract role offers a chance to apply technical expertise in a cross-functional setting.

You will work with auditors, manage month-end processes, intercompany reconciliations, and tax compliance while leveraging strong Excel and ERP skills. Based in Metro Manila, this role involves collaboration with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, month-end processes and reconciliations.
• Experience with financial reporting, audit, tax and compliance requirements.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Xero, NetSuite, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage and reconcile intercompany balances across entities.
• Support the preparation of management reports and financial statements.
• Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders to support audits and finalisation of financial statements.
• Liaise with external tax agents and assist with tax, transfer pricing and compliance requirements.
