Job summary

Dash Living Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support accounting and finance functions as its property portfolio grows.

You will produce monthly property reports, maintain records, and ensure timely owner payments while reconciling bank and revenue data. This role requires strong analytical skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Reporting and general accounting.
• Strong AR, AP, and bank reconciliation experience.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly comprehensive property management reports for various properties.
• Maintain accurate records of reports and attachments.
• Ensure timely payment of owner revenue share and PM fees.
• Track reimbursable expenses and issue invoices to property owners.
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing and collaborate with finance team.
• Prepare revenue reconciliation across Direct Sales, OTA, B2B channels.
• Gather data for reports and maintain data confidentiality.
• Assist with group accounting, reporting, and budgeting tasks.
• Support system implementation and workflow design.

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support our accounting and finance functions, as we continue to expand our property portfolio. You are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for accuracy and a strong sense of ownership in your work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Produce monthly comprehensive property management reports for various properties
• Maintain accurate records of all reports and relevant supporting attachments
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of owner revenue share and PM fees
• Track all reimbursable expenses and issue corresponding invoices to property owners
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing processes and work closely with finance team
• Prepare and conduct review of revenue reconciliation:
• Prepare monthly revenue reconciliation from different sales/booking channels - Direct Sales, OTA, B2B etc.
• Communicate with other departments to settle concerns and disputes
• Gather correct and complete data to prepare relevant reports needed.
• Ensure and maintain confidentiality of our financial data.
• Assist with group accounting, reporting, and budgeting tasks
• Participate in system implementation and workflow process design
• Support the finance team and asset management team with various ad hoc tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience doing Financial Reporting
• 3-5 years of experience in Bank, Asset, Revenue reconciliation
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in general accounting
• Solid AR and AP background
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proactive, with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn new processes
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Reliable, with excellent work ethics

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Xero
• Hospitality Background
