Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a finance professional for a maternity-cover role in Novena. You will manage full sets of accounts in SAP, ensure AML compliance, handle payments and GST, and monitor cashflow. The role involves collaboration with auditors and preparing monthly managerial reports.

Requirements include a Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, with real estate accounting exposure and SAP/Excel skills. The contract is fixed-term (Sept 2026–Mar 2027) with pro-rated leave and standard hours.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Experience in maintaining a full set of accounts preferred.
• Exposure to real estate accounting a plus.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Keep full sets of accounts in SAP, including progress billings, AML checks, payments, GST, and cashflow monitoring.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and internal audits.
• Prepare the annual budget and forecast.
• Assist with ad-hoc information requests and department tasks.
