Job summary

Teradyne in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Finance Business Process Analyst / ERP Tester to join its Global Finance team. The role focuses on ERP testing, business process improvements, and system enhancements to drive operational excellence.

You will work with Finance and IT, execute test cases, document results, coordinate UAT, and help gather requirements while building testing documentation and contributing to automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Accounting/Finance/Business.
• Experience with software testing concepts or ERP systems.
• Understanding of finance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality.
• Document and track testing results, issues, and defects.
• Coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders.
• Assist in gathering and validating business requirements.
• Work with Finance and IT to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Create and maintain testing documentation and guides.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Support ERP implementations, releases, and upgrades.
• Learn finance processes like AP, AR, GL, and reporting to improve testing.
