Teradyne in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Finance Business Process Analyst / ERP Tester to join the Global Finance team. You will contribute to ERP testing, process improvements, and system enhancements that drive operational excellence across the business.

The role requires a degree in IT/IS/CS or related fields, knowledge of ERP systems, and strong analytical skills. Collaboration with Finance and IT teams, plus documentation of testing outcomes, are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Knowledge of software testing concepts and ERP systems.
Understanding of business and finance processes is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and detail orientation.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Excel and Office applications.
Experience with SQL or databases is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Execute test cases for ERP system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality.
Document and track testing results, issues, and defects.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders.
Assist in gathering and validating business requirements.
Work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure system solutions meet business needs.
Create and maintain testing documentation and process guides.
Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
Participate in ERP implementations, releases, and system upgrades.
Build knowledge of finance processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting to improve system testing and process design.
