Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Finance Business Process Analyst / ERP Tester in Cebu to contribute to ERP testing, process improvements, and system enhancements that drive operational excellence across the organization.

In this role you will work with the Global Finance team and IT to ensure testing aligns with financial processes such as AP, AR, GL, and reporting, while documenting results and coordinating UAT with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS/Accounting/Finance/Business Admin or related field.
• Knowledge of software testing concepts, business applications, or ERP systems.
• Understanding of business and finance processes is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases for ERP system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality.
• Document and track testing results, issues, and defects.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Assist in gathering and validating business requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to ensure system solutions meet needs.
• Create and maintain testing documentation and process guides.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Support ERP implementations, releases, and upgrades.
