Job Description

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the business
• Partner with commercial and functional leaders to drive revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio optimisation
• Oversee FP&A, Finance Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, contract review, business evaluation, and support strategic initiatives including acquisitions and business integration

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:

• CPA license and at least 10 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or a related industry
• Proven expertise in FP&A, Finance Operations, and commercial finance business partnering, managing P&L performance and driving strategic financial decision-making
• Able to lead and develop high-performing teams, and collaborate with with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions
