Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is partnering with a growing healthcare retail organisation to hire a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) based in the Philippines. You will lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives while ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

The role requires 15+ years of finance leadership, M&A exposure, and experience managing large teams (approx. 100 staff).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, ideally with prior Big 4 audit exposure.
• Experience in M&A, corporate structuring, and investor relations.
• Proven ability to lead large finance and supply chain teams (approx. 100 staff), mentor talent, and build best-in-class finance organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function, covering accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, audit, and internal controls.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business expansion.

• Familiarity with automation, AI-driven financial processes, and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar).
• Experience managing complex financial consolidation and reporting structures within a holding company environment.
• Strong understanding of financial governance, internal controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
