You will drive financial analysis to support strategic decisions and project financing, while ensuring compliance and strong internal controls across the organization.

You will lead and mentor the finance team, enhance processes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize costs and maximize profitability for long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years in finance or accounting, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in solar/renewable energy, construction, engineering, or project-based industries is a plus.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow knowledge.
• Familiar with regulatory tax compliance and accounting standards.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Summary
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial performance by managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow. The role supports strategic decision‑making through financial analysis, investment evaluation, and project financing while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. Additionally, the Finance Manager drives cost optimization, enhances financial controls, and provides executive leadership with accurate financial insights to ensure the profitability, sustainability, and long‑term growth of the company's solar energy projects.

Cash Flow & Capital Management

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships

• Evaluate and support CAPEX investments (equipment, construction, expansion)

• Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

Internal Controls & Risk Management

• Establish and enforce strong internal controls across finance and operations

• Identify and mitigate risks across supply chain, procurement, and projects

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

• Drive process improvements and system enhancements (ERP, reporting tools)

• Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration across departments
