MicroSourcing in Cebu City seeks a seasoned Finance Controller to lead the integrity of financial operations, reporting, and internal controls. Based in the Philippines, you will own the full accounting function and coordinate with U.S.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, manufacturing or project-based industries preferred.
• At least 3 years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role with direct reports.
• CPA certification required; strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process end to end with accuracy.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports for leadership.
• Maintain GL structure, COA, and cost allocation methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and local accounting standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; provide strategic financial insights.
