Confidential Careers is seeking a Finance Business Partner Lead in Pasig (Ortigas) to serve as a strategic finance partner, delivering insights, governance, and advisory support to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

The role partners with senior leaders to translate strategies into financial plans, develops models for store economics and expansion, and oversees budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across units. A hybrid setup with fieldwork is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, or financial advisory.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid setup with occasional fieldwork.
