Job summary

Aon is seeking a Finance Business Partner - FP&A to lead financial planning, reporting, and performance management across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders to drive forecasts, budgets, and strategic decisions while delivering insights and executive-ready analyses.

The role emphasizes governance, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes using Power BI, TM1, and Workday. Hybrid work arrangements are available in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of experience in FP&A / Financial Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Co-pilot, Excel and Power BI (preferred) and finance transformation experience.
• “Experience with TM1 and Workday would be an advantage.”
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with exposure to senior leadership.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports with executive insights.
• Oversee month-end close, governance across accruals, provisions, reclasses, prepayments, and balance sheet integrity.
• Provide robust variance analysis (actuals vs budget/forecast/prior year) highlighting drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Regional CFO Finance and senior stakeholders to drive forecasting and long-range planning.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, including assumptions and scenario planning.
• Deliver forward-looking financial insights to support leadership and board decisions.
• Own and drive business performance reviews including executive presentations and board packs.
• Lead financial evaluation of strategic initiatives with ROI analysis and business cases.
• Drive scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations.

What The Day Will Look Like

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and executive-level insights.
• Be responsible for month-end close activities, ensuring strong governance across accruals, provisions, reclasses, prepayments, and balance sheet integrity.
• Provide robust variance analysis (actuals vs budget / forecast / prior year), highlighting key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with the Regional CFO Finance team and senior stakeholders to drive forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, including assumptions setting, scenario planning, and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Deliver forward-looking financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making at leadership and board level.
• Own and drive business performance reviews, including preparation of executive presentations, board packs, and QBR materials.
• Lead financial evaluation of strategic initiatives including business case development, ROI analysis, and investment appraisals.
• Drive scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations to support key business decisions and investments.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders across functions (Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams).
• Lead and mentor a team of FP&A analysts, ensuring high performance, capability development, and strong delivery standards.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality ad-hoc analysis and insights to support dynamic business needs and leadership requests.
• Lead and drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across FP&A processes, employing tools such as Power BI, TM1, Co-pilot and other systems.
