Job summary

Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corporation - PSACC is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to partner with business units, understand operational challenges, and drive disciplined planning.

You will lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans while ensuring scorecards align with corporate goals. Strong analytics, stakeholder influence, and ERP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify data gaps, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (NetSuite); Power BI and dashboard creation are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
  • Comfortable with a full on-site schedule Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 6:40 pm (compressed work week).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business units and leaders.
  • Lead financial reviews with insights into overhead and capital expenditure management.
  • Drive the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Ensure business unit scorecards and targets align with company objectives; monitor monthly performance.
  • Participate in cost governance, tracking cost-saving initiatives and budget accountability.
  • Review, document, and enhance existing financial policies and procedures with stakeholders.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses to support improvements.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects focusing on automation, process streamlining, and efficiency.
  • Promote and integrate health, safety, security, and environmental compliance into finance operations.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.

  • Lead financial reviews, providing insights into overhead and capital expenditure management in collaboration with business unit heads.
  • Drive the business planning cycle including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning to align with organizational targets.
  • Ensure business unit scorecards and targets are aligned with overall company objectives, leading monthly performance monitoring through dashboards and conducting variance/bridge gap analyses as needed.
  • Take part in cost governance, tracking and consolidating cost-saving initiatives, and fostering accountability for budget management.
  • Review, document, and enhance existing financial policies and procedures, collaborating with other finance stakeholders to implement industry best practices and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis to support operational improvements and performance enhancement.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and lead initiatives focused on automation, process streamlining, and operational efficiency.
  • Promote and integrate health, safety, security, and environmental compliance into finance operations.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
  • Comfortable and amenable to a full on-site work from Mondays - Fridays, 8:00 am - 6:40 pm (compressed work week) schedule.
