Job summary

Concentrix in the Philippines seeks professionals seasoned in Banking, Finance and Accounting Operations to support core financial processes and operational tasks.

You will process transactions, prepare reports and reconciliations, assist month-end closing and auditing, and ensure compliance with company policies. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential; ERP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, banking, business or related field.
• Experience in banking, finance, accounting, shared services or BPO is preferred.
• Knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, reporting or banking operations is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process finance, accounting, or banking-related transactions.
• Prepare reports, reconciliations, journal entries, and documentation.
• Support month-end closing, audit, compliance and financial analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and controls.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and stakeholders.
