Job summary

Makati Shangri-La, Manila invites applications for a Service Associate – Finance (General Accounting). You will support the Finance Service Leader in preparing timely financial reports and assisting with accounting tasks in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for Finance and strong understanding of the accounting function.
• Detail oriented with good planning and organizing skills.
• Excellent people skills and a friendly, trustworthy demeanor; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for the Finance lead.
• Assist in balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
• Prepare daily and month-end journals.
• Assist in monthly financial statements and year-end audits.
• Assist in budget schedules and tax submissions to BIR.
• Perform bank reconciliations and P&L analyses for other departments.
• Prepare special reports and other accounting duties.
