Job summary

Makati Shangri-La, Manila is seeking a Service Associate - Finance (General Accounting) to support the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and month-end close. You will work with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance in all postings.

Responsibilities include balance sheet schedules, journals, monthly financial statements, tax submissions to BIR, and interdepartmental P&L analysis. CPA is preferred; strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timely and accurate preparation of Financial Reports.
• Prepare Balance Sheet Schedules, Analysis and Reconciliation.
• Prepare Daily and Month End Journals.
• Assist in preparing monthly Financial Statements and Year End Audited Statements.
• Assist in preparing Budget Schedules and tax submissions to BIR.
• Support other departments with P&L analysis.
