About the role

The Finance Associate manages day-to-day financial verification, employee expense claims, and promodiser incentive calculations. This role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, strict compliance with company policies and BIR regulations, and timely disbursements to support overall operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review, verify, and check employee liquidation reports and expense claims to ensure accurate computations, valid supporting receipts, and full alignment with company policies
• Prepare check vouchers, petty cash disbursements, and bank transfer schedules for approved employee claims and operational expenses
• Review and process monthly sales performance data and commission/incentive computations for department store and retail promodisers
• Cross-check promodiser sales claims against validated retail outlet sales reports to ensure accuracy before payout releases
