Job summary

Rehau Pte Ltd is seeking a finance professional to join the team for a 4 to 6 month contract. You will process intercompany transactions, handle AP in SAP, issue invoices, and prepare SOAs for customers and suppliers. You will also assist in external audits and perform ad hoc finance duties.

Applicants should hold a relevant accounting diploma, have basic accounting knowledge, and be familiar with SAP or similar ERP. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions between group entities.
• Process and key in Accounts Payable (AP) transactions in SAP.
• Issue customer invoices through SAP per company procedures.
• Prepare, review, and issue Statements of Account (SOA) for customers and suppliers.
• Assist external audits by preparing schedules, supporting documents and records as required.
• Perform ad hoc finance duties as assigned.
