Job description

Contract Type: Project-based, 12 months (resource entitled to 14 months pay and some benefits; possible, but not guaranteed, permanent role absorption)

The Sr. Specialist – ROHQ Finance Projects will support the SAP Ariba roll-out, working closely with project stakeholders for design, build, and testing activities under the supervision of the FR Head. The role involves implementing the project according to agreed deliverables, ensuring proper documentation, and handing over completed tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with project stakeholders for design, build, and testing activities of the SAP Ariba rollout.
• Ensure timely implementation and completion of the project, including proper documentation and handover.
• Provide regular updates to FR Head and ROFO Head, escalating concerns, and helping resolve issues.
• Identify and address project challenges, contributing to solutions to keep the project on track.
• Support FR Head / ROFO Head and assist with other finance-related tasks or projects as assigned.

Must have

• 8+ years’ experience in finance systems.
• 6–10 years’ solid background in finance systems implementation and project rollouts.
• Hands‑on expertise in SAP HANA (Accounts Payable & FICO module).
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Self-starter, agile, and able to thrive in complex, multinational project environments.
• CPA qualification – advantageous but not mandatory.
