Job summary

Provill Studios' post-production arm, Greenroom Digital Studios, is seeking a Finance Assistant to join the team. You will support day-to-day finance and accounting operations, handling financial records, invoices, payments, and basic reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least two years of experience, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and common workplace tools.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement and process innovation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain financial data in accounting software.
• Maintain organized and updated financial records and files.
• Process vendor invoices, assist with account reconciliation, and prepare payments.
• Prepare and send client invoices, monitor payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and checking financial discrepancies.
• Assist in processing employee expense reports.
• Assist with financial reports and other finance-related tasks as needed.
