Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational and time management skills — able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
• Excellent attention to detail - quality control is key in post-production.
• Clear communication and leadership skills - able to work with editors, artists, and other departments to stay on track.
• Basic understanding of post-production workflows—from offline edits to final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the video post-production process.
• Fulfilling the administrative, technical, and creative aspects of the job such as managing artists and project expenses, understanding the offline-online post production process, and ensuring overall quality control.
