Job summary

Republic Cement is seeking a Finance Assistant Controller in the Philippines. This onsite, mid-senior role supports budgeting, forecasting and management reporting to strengthen financial performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring plant KPIs and costs, ensuring accurate product costing, and assisting capex tracking while partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive results. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred) and at least 2 years in controlling,
