Shore360 in the Philippines is seeking an experienced accounting/finance professional to manage month-end closings and reporting for multiple subsidiaries. You will develop Power BI dashboards, model data, and deliver timely financial insights for board discussions.

The role involves collaboration across countries, assisting with budgeting, consolidation, and J-SOX tasks, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in reporting to the Japan HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Accountancy/Finance.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards, data modelling, DAX calculations, and multi-source data integration.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong team player with cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly closings and maintain account schedules for the dormant company.
• Review monthly closings and forecasts for 3 subsidiaries.
• Coordinate and communicate with subsidiaries on monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, following up on queries and supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Analyze financial and operational data using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Power BI) and present insights at board meetings.
• Prepare materials and slides for board meetings.
• Write minutes for board meetings.
• Update and submit monthly/quarterly/yearly reports for Stravis to Japan HQ.
• Assist in annual budget exercise and with J-SOX compliance.
• Prepare annual unaudited financial statements and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corp sec.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
