Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 1–2 years of general accounting experience; 1 year in accounts reconciliation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly balance sheet account reconciliations for assigned accounts in accordance with Local and Global Accounts Reconciliation Guidelines and Standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness of balances prior to submission.
• Identifies reconciling items and potential issues, coordinates with relevant units to resolve variances, and escalates complex or aged items to the Manager in a timely manner.
• Provides accurate financial support schedules and reports for management, internal and external auditors, and regulators, including aging reports, fixed asset schedules, and supporting worksheets for statutory and management reporting.
• Supports process improvement initiatives by participating in system enhancements and finance projects, including requirements gathering, user testing, and implementation activities.
• Develops a solid understanding of end‑to‑end business processes related to assigned accounts and assists in documenting procedures and control activities.
