Job summary

Globe is hiring a Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the finance function. You will collaborate with multiple departments to build accurate financial models, monitor variances, and ensure adherence to internal controls and governance processes.

The role requires hands-on Excel expertise and experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo, to drive insightful management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years in financial planning, budgeting, audit, or corporate finance.
• Experience in management reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo, is an advantage.
• Background in audit firms or multinational companies is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting principles

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget preparation process from kick-off to approvals.
• Prepare and maintain detailed financial forecasts and 5-year plans.
• Coordinate with departments to gather budget assumptions and supporting schedules.
• Assist in updating and maintaining financial models and long-term projections.
• Support ERP budget setup, creation, and migration activities (Odoo maintenance).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for HQ and management.
• Analyze financial and operational performance trends with variance explanations.
• Monitor budget utilization and budget vs. actual analyses.
• Review PRs for budget availability and policy compliance.
• Support loan covenants, financing obligations, and related documentation.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and business case assessments.
