Job summary

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services, is seeking a General Accountant to join our Finance team in the Philippines. You will perform month-end closings, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will support internal controls, assist with audits, and drive process improvements while aligning with US GAAP and local standards within a dynamic, People First culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and strong Excel skills.
• Solid knowledge of general accounting and financial analysis.
• Experience with international accounting standards (PH/US/UK) is a plus.
• 2+ years in Finance & Accounting or Audit.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closings and flux/variance analysis.
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and assist internal controls.
• Support year-end audit activities and process improvements.
