Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Finance Data Analyst Team Lead to guide the daily activities of the analytics team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, reconciliation, and data quality.

You will coach analysts, review outputs, and act as the primary escalation point for complex data issues. The role emphasizes collaboration with US-based Stakeholders and continuous improvement across financial reporting processes, leveraging SQL and Workday for data extraction and system

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel with complex formulas, PivotTables and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze and present large data sets.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to investigate data discrepancies and issues.
• Effective time management to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Finance Data Analyst team.
• Monitor team deliverables and ensure accuracy and timeliness of outputs.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
• Review and validate reporting, analysis, and reconciliation outputs.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex reporting, reconciliation, and data issues.
• Develop strong relationships with business units and Finance stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
