Job summary

Angat Hydropower Corporation invites an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Accounting, is a CPA, and has 1–3 years in bookkeeping, accounts payable, general accounting and taxation.

Experience with IFRS/PFRS, knowledge of NIRC interpretations, SAP B1, and strong MS Excel skills are preferred to support statutory audits and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, general accounting, and taxation.
• Experience in statutory audits or assurance engagements at one of the BIG FOUR accounting firms is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in IFRS and PFRS.
• Possesses basic knowledge and skills involving Interpretation of National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC) and its corresponding BIR regulations and circulars.
• Skilled and/or familiar with accounting systems particularly SAP B1.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Candidate must possess Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

• Certified Public Accountant.

• At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, and Taxation.

• Experience in statutory audits or assurance engagements in one of the BIG FOUR (PwC, KPMG, Ernst & Young and Deloitte) accounting firms is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS) and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).

• Possesses basic knowledge and skills involving Interpretation of National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC) and its corresponding BIR Revenue Regulations and Circulars.

• Skilled and/or familiar in accounting systems particularly SAP B1.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications particularly Microsoft Excel.
