The role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and ensuring adherence to accounting principles. Collaboration with multiple departments and extended month-end activities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, audit, FP&A, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP platforms like SAP or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Your role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst who will support the Finance team by providing accurate financial analysis, budget monitoring, and insightful reporting that enable informed business decisions and contribute to the organization's financial performance and operational excellence.

Main responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, forecasts, and budget variances to support business decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the organization.
• Review expense reports to ensure proper coding, accuracy, and supporting documentation.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support business initiatives and strategic proposals.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist during internal and external audits.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Purchasing, and other departments to gather, validate, and analyze financial information.
• Perform other finance-related duties and projects as assigned.

Main requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, audit, financial planning, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP platforms.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work extended hours during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting periods.
