UNDP in Cotabato City is seeking an Administration and Finance Analyst to support the implementation of the Project CEDAR. You will manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with UNDP rules and procedures, reporting to the Project Manager and coordinating with field office teams.

The role requires strong financial analysis, budgeting, procurement coordination, and knowledge of administrative processes.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree in finance and/or accounting or a Bachelor’s with additional qualifying experience.
• Experience in administration and financial operations for peace/development projects is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Filipino is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective financial and administrative support to the Project CEDAR.
• Maintain project records and filing systems; ensure timely procurement and logistics.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and coordinate with UNDP Procurement and Finance teams.
