Job summary

The UNDP is seeking an Administration and Finance Analyst based in Cotabato City to support the implementation of the CEDAR project. You will manage financial transactions, procurement, and administrative duties, ensuring compliance with UNDP rules and procedures.

Responsibilities include budget monitoring, finance reporting, and coordinating with various units to ensure smooth project operations and effective support to the Peace and Stabilization Team.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification from an internationally accredited institute is required.
• MBA or master’s in finance with relevant experience may be considered; must complete AAFT if no accounting qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with two years of relevant administrative/finance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and financial support for the CEDAR project.
• Maintain project records, filing systems and confidential materials.
• Coordinate procurement, travel, and logistics for project activities.
• Prepare budgets, financial plans and regular financial reports for management.
