Support leasing by preparing proposals, evaluating deal terms, monitoring compliance, and managing lease applications.
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting by tracking construction and operating budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
Oversee administrative operations by coordinating with affiliate support teams, maintaining company records, documenting processes, and managing office administration.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
Must have at least 2 -3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in real estate, property leasing, or financial planning/budgeting is highly preferred.
Exposure to lease rate-setting, deal structuring, or commercial proposals is a strong advantage, though not required.
