Job summary

hrtx in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, is seeking an Accounting & Admin Manager to oversee financial operations and drive month-end close, reporting, cost control, and ERP initiatives.

This full-time onsite role partners with senior management, supports budgeting, inventory, and compliance with GAAP, PEZA, BIR, and DOLE.

Candidates should have 5+ years in accounting/finance and a strong Excel/analytical skill set; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end closing, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience with ERP implementations and multi-company reporting is a plus.
• Advanced MS Excel and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience coordinating with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Manufacturing experience, especially in semiconductor/power sectors, is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Monitor monthly financial closing activities and reconcile accounts.
• Review expenses and identify cost control opportunities.
• Prepare and review financial reports for management.
• Ensure reports comply with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial planning.
