Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead comprehensive fundraising initiatives by engaging with private equity, venture capital, and banking partners to secure the capital necessary for aggressive business expansion.
• Oversee the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process to provide the leadership team with actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain rigorous internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate enterprise-wide financial risks.
• Direct the preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting to provide stakeholders and the Board with a transparent view of the company’s performance and market position.
• Optimize capital structure and cash flow management to ensure liquidity and maximize shareholder value across all business units.
