Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is a leading healthcare solutions company in Asia, delivering world-class distribution, digital, and service offerings to support healthcare needs. The Finance Analyst will support AP/AR operations, ensure accurate recordings in SAP, and assist with month-end closings.

The role requires a degree in accounting-related fields and at least 1 year of AP/AR experience, with strong communication and ERP skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Graduate in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related course.
At least 1 year of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
Proficient in SAP/ERP and Excel.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable, including invoice validation, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, collections, and customer reconciliations.
Monitor aging reports and coordinate with customers/vendors to resolve balances.
Perform regular account reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
Record financial transactions in SAP accurately and on time.
Prepare reports for AP/AR, collections, and cash application activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on billing and payments.
Support month-end and year-end closing with required schedules and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with policies, accounting standards, and controls.
Participate in process improvement to boost efficiency and service quality.
