Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. in Calamba Laguna seeks a Finance and Accounting Associate to support daily accounting activities, record transactions, and assist in reconciliations and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accountancy, 1–2 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP/FICO MM is a plus. This is a 6-month to 1-year contract with potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting.
• 1–2 years relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of SAP, FICO MM Modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and record daily financial and accounting transactions.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, schedules, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and management reports.
• Review invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with tax and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
