Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Finance and Accounting Associate to support daily accounting and finance activities in Calamba, Laguna. You will assist with records, transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and other accounting tasks.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting, has 1–2 years of experience, and is proficient with SAP, FICO MM Modules and Microsoft Excel. This is a contract-based role with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Knowledgeable in SAP, FICO MM Modules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process and record daily financial and accounting transactions.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, schedules, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and management reports.
• Review invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with tax and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
