Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience or fresh graduate.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and record daily financial and accounting transactions.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, schedules, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and management reports.
• Review invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with tax and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
