Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Finance & Accounting Associate in a hybrid setup at Eastwood, Quezon City. You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and assist UK payroll, while maintaining compliant financial records and supporting month-end close.

The role offers a mid-shift, hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team across multiple delivery centers in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance is required or preferred.
• Experience handling AP/AR and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable: process supplier invoices and staff expenses, ensure timely payment.
• Manage accounts receivable: raise invoices for self-billing clients and reconcile accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements and post financial transactions.
• Assist in processing UK staff payroll and ensure accurate payments.
• Maintain financial records compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare journal entries and support month end close.
• Manage Fixed Assets Register, accruals, prepayments, and control accounts.
• Prepare and generate reports for Finance Team.

Your Role

• Manage accounts payable - process supplier invoices and staff expenses, ensure timely payment, and resolve any discrepancies
• Manage accounts receivable – raise invoices for self-billing clients and reconcile their accounts
• Reconcile bank statements and post financial transactions
• Assist in processing UK Staff payroll – ensure staff are paid accurately and on time
• Maintain financial records – ensure financial records are up to date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements; file and organize financial documents for easy access during audits
• Prepare journal entries and support month end close
• Manage and reconcile Fixed Assets Register, Accruals, Prepayments, and control accounts
• Prepare and generate reports to support Finance Team
