You will handle online banking, vendor billing, and basic reconciliations, with standard PH hours and onsite work. Ideal for candidates with ~1 year exposure and a practical mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred; fresh grads with strong fundamentals may be considered.
• Basic understanding of banking transactions and online transfer platforms.
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy with financial data.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process online banking transactions and fund transfers accurately and on time.
• Encode and process vendor bills and payment requests; prepare payment batches.
• Maintain organized records of payables and supporting documents (invoices, receipts, approvals).
• Follow up on pending payment requirements and documentation.
• Assist with basic data entry and recordkeeping tasks; support the finance team on ad hoc tasks.
