Outsourced is seeking a Finance Accountant to support client finance operations from our Manila office in a hybrid arrangement. You will handle record-to-report activities, month-end processing, reconciliations, and reporting packs, coordinating with Endura leadership and Dynamics 365 support teams to ensure accuracy.

The role requires a CA/CPA or equivalent qualification and 5+ years in finance, with strong Excel and ERP experience.

Position Summary

The Finance Accountant is the senior finance resource within the outsourced operational support team and is responsible for supporting the client's finance operations through execution of record-to-report activities, financial controls, reconciliations, reporting support and month-end processing. The role acts as a key liaison between operational teams, Endura leadership and specialist Dynamics 365 support teams, ensuring financial processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with agreed operating procedures. Endura retains ownership of accounting policies, financial governance, statutory obligations and financial approvals.

Key Responsibilities

General Ledger & Record-to-Report

• Prepare and process journals in accordance with approved procedures
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform account reconciliations and exception analysis
• Support end-of-month and end-of-period activities
• Prepare month-end reporting packs for review
• Monitor financial transaction integrity
• Maintain supporting audit documentation

Financial Controls & Compliance Support

• Execute financial controls and reconciliations
• Support audit requests and financial reviews
• Monitor transaction exceptions and control breaches
• Escalate compliance concerns to Endura finance leadership
• Maintain financial process documentation

Reporting & Analysis

• Produce periodic financial reports
• Support management reporting preparation
• Prepare data extracts and reconciliation summaries
• Assist with variance investigations
• Support budgeting and forecasting data preparation

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with Endura finance leadership
• Liaise with external providers as required
• Work closely with AP, AR and inventory teams
• Support operational issue resolution

Experience & Qualifications

Essential

• CA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification (or working towards)
• 5+ years finance and accounting experience
• Experience in month-end close processes
• General ledger and reconciliation experience
• Strong Excel and ERP experience

Desirable

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance experience
• Mining or industrial sector experience
• Shared services or outsourced operations experience

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM PHT

Work Setup

Hybrid, must be able to report in the office at least 10x/month
