Job summary

JTI AMC Malvar, Batangas is seeking a Production Operator to operate filter production machines and ensure product quality in line with QA specifications.

You will follow safety procedures, apply 5S and good housekeeping, and participate in Kaizen activities while maintaining clear communication with the team.

Candidates should have a high school or vocational background, 1-2 years of relevant experience, basic English and math, and willingness to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational graduate.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic English reading/writing and math skills.
• Good communication, multitasking, and basic technical/computer skills.
• Willing to work rotating or shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate filter production machines to ensure consistent product quality in line with QA specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment through proactive hazard awareness.
• Apply 5S and good housekeeping practices to keep the workplace clean, organized, and compliant.
• Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Comply with EHS standards, company policies, and perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain strong health and safety awareness by identifying hazards, following control measures, and reporting unsafe conditions or incidents.
