Qualifications

Job Overview:

The Field Training and Development Specialist provides operational and facilitation support for Field Sales training programs. This role helps execute training activities on the ground by coordinating logistics, supporting trainers during sessions, assisting with coaching observations, and ensuring training compliance in assigned areas. It serves as a foundational role in the capability-building function.

Area of Assignment:

• Visayas/Mindanao DCs: BAC/ILO/TAN/CDO/LAB/DAV Sales Offices (occasionally reports to head office in Manila depending on need)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with applicants for entry level positions.
• Assist in the coordination and logistics of field-based training sessions.
• Co-facilitate basic product knowledge and selling skills modules under the guidance of a Training officer or Trainer.
• Prepare training materials, documentation, and attendance tracking reports.
• Shadow field sales activities and assist in coaching observations.
• Support onboarding of new hires by coordinating field immersion schedules and documentation.
• Help gather feedback and post-training evaluation data from participants.
• Ensure compliance with training standards and documentation policies in the field.
• Escalate field capability issues or gaps to the Training group.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or training support role (preferably in FMCG).
• Field Sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in organizing training events or sales operations is an advantage.
• Passionate about developing people and enabling them to succeed in their roles.
• Patient and adaptable when working with learners at different levels of knowledge or performance.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Preferably with a valid motorcycle license and able to drive a motorcycle for field visits OR able to ride a motorcycle for field visits when necessary.
• Can be based anywhere near one of the Visayas-Mindanao DCs - BAC/ILO/TAN/CDO/LAB/DAV but willing to travel to different locations / go on field (at least 4x a week) and support field teams. Reports to the nearest DC when not in field.
